From Sketch to Solution: Custom Design Made Easy

Most lubrication problems are not product problems. They are fit problems. The pump exists, the divider exists, the fittings exist — but the machine has a guard where the manifold should go, or a hot zone the standard line will not survive. That gap is where our design work happens.

Start with the machine, not the catalogue

A specification that begins with a part number tends to end in compromise. We begin with the asset: how many points, what they carry, duty cycle, ambient conditions, access for service, and what failure actually costs when it happens.

Those answers determine topology. Single line suits straightforward duties with similar point requirements. Dual line handles long runs and large point counts, and stays serviceable when a branch needs isolating. Progressive gives positive, verifiable delivery where confirmation matters most. Getting that decision right at the start is worth more than any component choice later.

Custom panels and manifolds

Where standard layouts do not fit, we build lubrication panels to suit the application — pump, reservoir, controller and distribution assembled and tested as a unit, then mounted where the plant has space rather than where a catalogue assumed.

Because precision CNC machining sits in the same building, a non-standard divider configuration or a bespoke mounting bracket is an engineering job with a normal lead time, not an import.

Our Design Submission page exists for exactly this. A photograph of the machine with the grease points marked, a hand sketch on the back of a job card, or a full GA drawing — all three are workable starting points. What we need to know is the machine, the points, the environment and the constraint you are working around.

From there you get a proposed topology, a point schedule, an equipment list and a layout you can review before anything is manufactured.

Proved before handover

A design is not finished when the drawing is approved. Commissioning proves every outlet passes lubricant, verifies the master block cycling on its proximity switch, and sets interval and dispense against real duty rather than a default value. The point schedule and controller settings are handed over as the maintenance record.
