Adaptors & Bushing
Thread-conversion adaptors and bushings in stainless steel — convert between metric (M10×1, M12×1) and imperial (BSP, BSPT) lubrication thread standards. Used wherever new equipment connects to existing piping or international components are integrated into a Southern African installation.
Stainless steel thread-conversion fittings allow seamless integration of components manufactured to different thread standards — a common requirement when fitting imported pumps, locally specified manifolds and aftermarket sensors into a single lubrication system.
Common variants
- Adaptor R1/8F — M10×1M SS — converts BSPT female to metric male
- Adaptor M12×1F — M10×1M SS — metric-to-metric step-down
- Bushing 1/4 BSP(F) to 1/8 BSPT(M) SS — reduces a 1/4″ BSP port to a 1/8″ BSPT outlet
Material & rating
Stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance suitable for marine, food-processing and outdoor applications. Pressure-rated for typical lubrication system working pressures (up to 350 bar depending on thread engagement).
