UF Nozzles

Spray and stream nozzles for grease and oil lubrication of open-gear, chain drive and conveyor applications. Range of fan, cone and stream patterns. Used downstream of dividers in spray-lubrication systems for cement, mining and bulk materials handling.

Product details

For open-gear, chain and conveyor lubrication, dose-and-spray application via nozzle is more effective than continuous flooding — less waste, cleaner working environment, lower lubricant cost. Ultra-Flow nozzles cover the full range of spray patterns required.

Pattern types

  • Fan spray — wide flat pattern, ideal for open gears and chain spans
  • Hollow cone — uniform peripheral coverage, used on rotating components
  • Solid stream — direct injection into bearings and confined points

Specifications

  • Body: brass and stainless steel options
  • Inlet thread: 1/8″ and 1/4″ BSPT
  • Compatible lubricants: NLGI 000–2 grease, gear oils to ISO VG 460
  • Working pressure: 100–250 bar depending on nozzle orifice

Typical applications

Cement plant kiln drive gears, mining conveyor head and tail pulleys, bulk materials handling chain drives, and any open-component lubrication where spray application is more efficient than flood application.
