UF Grease Filters
Inline grease filters protecting lubrication system components from particulate contamination. 180-micron and 250-micron mesh options, NPT and BSP threaded. Essential at the reservoir outlet on dirty-environment installations.
Particulate contamination is the single most common cause of premature failure in centralised lubrication components — blocked metering valves, scored pump elements, and worn divider pistons all trace back to ingressed grit. Inline grease filters at the reservoir outlet are inexpensive insurance.
Specifications
- Filter media: stainless steel mesh, washable and reusable
- Mesh sizes: 180 µm (standard), 250 µm (heavy contamination)
- Body: machined mild steel, zinc-plated
- Threads: 1/4″ NPT and 1/4″ BSP standard; other sizes on request
- Working pressure: 350 bar
Recommended placement
Install at the pump outlet, before the main feed line splits to dividers. Service interval depends on the cleanliness of the lubricant supply — typically inspected at every reservoir refill, cleaned ultrasonically, and reinstalled.
