The 203 Series pump is built around modular pump elements (also called pump cartridges) that can be individually replaced when worn. This serviceability is one of the reasons the 203 Series remains the workhorse choice for centralised lubrication on mining, cement and steel installations across Southern Africa.

Replacement procedure

Pump elements thread directly into the 203 Series body — no shimming or adjustment required. Replace one element at a time without interrupting service to the others. Specify by parent pump model when ordering.
