Product details

The feeder lines of any centralised lubrication system. Ultra-Flow stocks the full range of tubing and crimped sleeves to suit Southern African industry — from low-pressure secondary feeders to high-pressure mains.

Tubing options

  • Nylon (PA12): 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm OD — flexible, lightweight, oil-resistant. Working pressure to 100 bar.
  • Polyurethane (PU): same OD range — better flexibility for tight bend radii. Working pressure to 60 bar.
  • Copper: 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm OD — for high-pressure mains or applications requiring rigid routing. Working pressure to 350 bar with annealed sleeve crimps.

Crimped sleeves

Each tube is supplied with matched crimped end-sleeves — these provide the gas-tight, vibration-resistant seal at the fitting, far more reliable than bite-type or compression-only fittings on a pulsating lubrication line. Specify per metre of tube with sleeve count to match your installation drawing.
