By accessing our site you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You will not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe any intellectual property rights.
Quotes are invitations to treat, not offers. Orders are subject to acceptance, availability and confirmed specifications. We may correct errors and cancel/refund where necessary.
Prices are in the currency stated and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless noted. Payment terms appear on quotations/invoices. Late payments may incur charges.
Dispatch dates are estimates. Risk in goods passes on delivery as per the agreed Incoterms. Inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of issues.
You confirm you have the right to supply any drawings/files and that they do not infringe third-party rights. We manufacture to your approved specifications; tolerances, finishes and performance are per quotation. Pre-production samples or sign-offs may be required.
Standard products: return within the stated window if unused and in original condition (RMA required). Custom/engineered items are non-returnable except for proven defects. We warrant goods against material and workmanship defects for the period stated in the quotation; our obligation is repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra-Flow SA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or downtime. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods/services giving rise to the claim.
Site content, trademarks and materials are owned by Ultra-Flow SA or licensors. Customer drawings remain the customer’s property; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them solely to provide the requested services.
You are responsible for compliance with applicable import/export controls and end-use restrictions.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supply chain disruption, acts of God, labour disputes).
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa (or the jurisdiction stated on your quotation/invoice). Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive competence, subject to mandatory consumer laws.
