- Machine context — application, environment (temperature, dust, vibration), and operating hours.
- Lubrication points — number of bearings/joints, current grease grade, and consumption per shift.
- Existing system — manufacturer, model, and what’s failing (if any).
- Photos or schematics — if you have machine drawings or photos of the install area.

Quotes and technical responses are returned within one business day. For on-site surveys in the Western Cape, we typically schedule within 72 hours. For breakdown support on systems we’ve installed, the engineering team is reachable on the office number during business hours.
